Yes, candidates are advised to register on the new portal if they wish to apply for the new 10+2 jobs. Moreover, the old OTR will not work anymore. To apply for these 12th pass CHSL jobs, you are advised to complete your OTR registration as soon as possible, “well in advance before the publication of the Notice for Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2024.”
Do I need to capture or upload my photo again?
Yes, the new website solves the photo problem faced on the old website. You can take a live photo from your computer or use the SSC app on an Android device to capture your photo if you want to apply for the 12th pass govt job.
How to avoid any mistakes while capturing the photo?
You must keep the following instructions in mind:
- Find a place with good light and a plain background.
- Ensure the camera is at eye level before taking the photo.
- Position yourself directly in front of the webcam and look straight ahead.
