• Location: North-East States, West Bengal, Bihar & Jharkhand
• Contract Duration: 2 years (extendable by 1 year)

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly Remuneration: ₹30,000 (including statutory deductions)
• Daily Allowance: ₹350 per day for onboard train duty
• Outstation Lodging: ₹240 per night
• National Holiday Allowance: ₹384 per holiday worked
• Medical Insurance: ₹800 per month (reimbursable)

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications (Any one of the following):
   • B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from CIHM/SIHM/PIHM
   • BBA/MBA in Culinary Arts from Indian Culinary Institutes
   • B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Science from recognized universities
   • MBA in Tourism and Hotel Management from recognized universities
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years in the relevant field
3. Age Limit (as of July 1, 2024):
   • 28 years (relaxation as per norms)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise food production, quality, and services in mobile/static catering units
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards
• Manage customer care and resolve passenger issues
• Collect and analyze feedback for service improvement
• Implement statutory compliance and regulations
• Coordinate with various departments and business partners

3. Medical Fitness Test

Required Documents:

• 10th and 12th class marksheets and certificates
• Graduation and post-graduation marksheets and certificates
• Experience certificates
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
