Railway Recruitment 2024: Railway Announces 62 Sports Quota Vacancies for Central Railway. Let us tell you that Central Railway zone contains Maharashtra, and parts of MP, & Karnataka. The Railway Recruitment Cell has released Govt Employment Notice No. RRC/CR/01/2024 inviting online applications from eligible sports persons – male and female. The recruitment drive aims to fill 21 Group ‘C’ and 41 Group ‘D’ posts across various sports disciplines for the year 2024-25. The income range is Rs. 40,000/- – Rs. 60,000/- per month. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere on Central Railway.

Railways Key Job Details:

• Application Period: July 22 to August 21, 2024
• Total Vacancies: 62 (21 in Level 5/4/3/2 and 41 in Level 1)
• Sports Disciplines: Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Boxing, Cycling, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Volleyball, Weightlifting, Wrestling, and more
• Age Limit: 18-25 years as on January 1, 2025 – Sarkari Age Calculator
• Educational Qualification: Varies from 10th pass to Graduation depending on post level
• Application Fee: Rs 500 for General candidates, Rs 250 for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PwDs/Women/Minorities/EBC
