Who Can Apply?
Online applications are invited only from candidates residing within the geographical jurisdiction of Southern Railway, which includes:
- Entire State of Tamil Nadu
- Entire Union Territory of Puducherry
- Entire State of Kerala
- Entire Union Territories of Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep Islands
- Only two districts of Andhra Pradesh – SPSR Nellore and Chittoor
- Only one district of Karnataka – Dakshina Kannada
👉 Applicants from outside these regions are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit (as on 25/08/2025)
- Minimum: 15 years
- Maximum:
- 22 years for Non-ITI trades
- 24 years for ITI trades
- Age relaxations as per Government rules.
Educational Qualification
- 10th or 12th pass with at least 50% marks from a recognized board.
- ITI certificate in relevant trades issued by NCVT/SCVT (for ITI trades).
