Selection Process
Selection will be done in four stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Document Verification (DV)
- Medical Examination (ME)

1/3rd mark will be deducted for each wrong answer in CBT.

Note:
Candidates who have undergone LASIK surgery are not eligible for A-2 and A-3 posts.
Posting Policy
Candidates are usually posted in the railway zone where they are first appointed.
Transfer to another railway zone is not a right and normally not allowed for 5–10 years.
