Eligibility Criteria for Aiport vacancy in West Bengal
- Educational Qualification: Graduates from a recognized Board or University as determined by IndiGo.

- Preference: Airport operations experience preferred.
- Appearance: No visible tattoo marks or body art.
- Age: Up to 27 years

Officer – AO&CS in the role of Ramp
- Confirm the ETA of the flight and communicate the bay number to relevant stations.
- Ensure timely arrival at the bay with necessary equipment.
- Align ramp and ensure sufficient coaches are available for deplaning passengers.
- Oversee baggage handling and ensure it reaches the arrival area before passengers.
- Ensure proper cleaning and obtain boarding clearance from cabin crew.
- Manage loading as per the Loading Instruction Report.
- Ensure all equipment is returned to the transport yard post-departure.
- Maintain safety and compliance with IndiGo’s safety policies.
