The National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), New Delhi, is inviting online applications from eligible Indian Nationals for Group ‘C’ recruitment of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) and Assistant positions and computer operator on a direct recruitment basis. Age Limit

• For LDC: 18 to 27 years
• For Assistant: Not exceeding 30 years

Salary

• For LDC: Level-2, ₹ 19,900 – 63,200/-
• For Assistant: Level-6, ₹ 35,400 – 1,12,400/-
• Computer Operator: Rs 25,000/-
• Computer Programmer: Level-7 (Rs. 44,900- 1,42,400/-)

Eligibility Criteria

For LDC:

1. Matric with 12th Class or its equivalent qualification.
2. Skill test norms only on Computer: English Typing @35 W.P.M., Hindi Typing @ 30 W.P.M. (Time allowed – 10 minutes)
3. Typing speed of 35 wpm & 30 WPM corresponds to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.

For Assistant:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks.

For Computer Operator:

1. 10+2 pass
2. Working knowledge of computers

For Computer Programmer:

1. BE/B.Tech
2. Masters in Computer Application/ IT/CS
