The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has identified that the photographs and signatures uploaded by some applicants do not meet the required standards. To prevent rejection of their applications, these applicants are given an opportunity to upload new passport-sized photographs and signatures as per the prescribed guidelines.

1. Notification of Non-compliance: A number of applicants for CEN No. RPF 01/2024 and RPF 02/2024 have not uploaded photographs or signatures that meet the required standards.
2. Opportunity for Correction: To avoid rejection, these applicants are being given a chance to upload new passport-sized photographs and signatures in accordance with the specified guidelines.

4. Procedure: Applicants need to log in to the RRB website (www.rrbapply.gov.in) using their user credentials. Upon successful login, a link will be provided for uploading the corrected photograph and signature.
5. Deadline: The link for uploading the correct documents will be available from 15th June 2024 (00:00) to 17th June 2024 (23:59).
6. Consequences of Non-compliance: If an applicant fails to upload the correct photograph and signature by 17th June 2024 (23:59), their application will be automatically rejected, and no further correspondence will be entertained regarding this matter.
