- Eligibility Date: Land awardees from 01-01-1977 onwards can apply for the training scheme. Ongoing land/property awards are not eligible.
- Who Can Apply: The applicant must be the awardee or a nominated family member.
- One Member Per Family: Only one person per family can apply, even if there are multiple awardees in the family.
- Nomination: The awardee can nominate themselves or a family member, such as their spouse, child, son/daughter-in-law, or grandchild.
- If Awardee is Deceased: A legal heir can apply with consent from other heirs.
Additional Requirement for Ward Entry: Candidates must be wards of an NLCIL employee or contract worker (INDCOSERVE, HOWSICOS & AMC) who is on the roll at the time of application.
