2. Scouts and Guides Qualifications:
   • President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge holder
   • Active membership in Scouts Organization for the last 5 years (2019-20 onwards)
   • Participation in national/state-level events

Age Limits:

• Level-2: 18-30 years (with relaxations for reserved categories)
• Level-1: 18-33 years (with relaxations for reserved categories)

• General Candidates: ₹500 (₹400 refundable)
• SC/ST/Minorities/EBC/PwBD/Female/Transgender/Ex-Servicemen: ₹250 (fully refundable)
